Look online. There is a place near me, not near you, that will recondition, powder coat and paint rims. They do a great job and it is fairly inexpensive. I'm sure there are many such places. I never even knew it existed til my wife scuffed up her audi wheel. They made it look amazing for about $50.

I painted my Rally IIs myself using the kit and spray cans from the auto parts store. They look great but aren't holding up. When they start to bother me I'm taking them to this shop.
