I replaced the front to rear harness in my ‘68 with a harness from American Autowire. Replacement harness was an exact replica of the factory harness. Might try calling AAW about the sleeve. I may still have the old harness. Will dig through the leftovers and confirm. Perhaps tube is still usable.
