My 1969 Pontiac Firebird is all disassembled and body is on my rotisserie....... underneath and floors inside are cleaned to bare metal ( well mostly all bare metal.... few nooks and crannies that I can’t reach....... ) need some ideas on what to put on it.....?? Inside is like a rusty bare metal but solid only a few holes....... underneath is all bare metal and some old undercoating in areas where I can’t get in to remove it..... I do however have a few rust issues that I plan on just filling with....??? And then painting over it...... ( trying to get away without cutting and welding...... )
I also plan on painting the whole car but I’m going to paint it just so it has paint on it....... ( painting it right here in my garage....... ) can’t afford a “ professional paint job “ and it’s not a show car either.... I just want to drive it.... once some paint is on I can start reassembly...... all other parts are just about ready to go back on along with some goodies...... lol ðŸ˜
