I checked my rocker panels today. There are 5 sets of holes (5 pairs of upper and lower holes). The upper holes were filled in with bondo, but the lowers were still exposed. I measured the distance from the front of the rocker panel to each set of holes.

Left rocker
1) 4-7/8"
2) 15-7/8"
3) 31-3/4"
4) 42-3/4"
5) 56-3/4"

Right rocker
1) 5"
2) 16"
3) 31-7/8"
4) 42-13/16"
5) 56-13/16"

The top holes are 3/4" down from the top edge of the rocker. The bottom holes are 3/16" to 1/4" below the first bend.
