I have never used that kit, only the ones from Ames with good results. I don't know what to tell you they could be the same I just don't know, I also only rebuilt stock bore calipers not sleeved. The service manual calls for special tools but like so many others they say you need I never needed them. Is the very edge of the sleeve real sharp? if so you can chamfer down slightly if that was the cause.
