I put my 1967-68 tilt column back together and I used a standard column turn signal switch I had. The signal arm is in the same place, but the hole in the signal switch cover for the hazard button is in the wrong place. Some vendors say there is no difference, others say the tilt and standard are different. Some even say the column shifted switch is different from the floor shifted. Yet when I look at the provided pictures, they all look the same. See my pic below. Tilt on left, standard on right. The signal arm and tilt arm are placed perfectly. The tilt switch would need to have the hazard button located about an inch higher from where it is now. That would surely look different from my switch but I am not seeing it. What am I missing here? And if they are different does anyone have a part number? Could this be the 'Boyne' switch I keep seeing?
