Can’t speak specifically to a ‘67, it’s been too long.
Instrument cluster is grounded by a bare wire eyelet which bolts under the center upper bolt of the cluster housing. Just above the high beam light.

The climate controls are grounded by the mounting bolts.

Sorry, don’t recall the factory radio.

Believe light switch and possibly wiper switch is grounded by mounting nuts. Not sure about wiper.
