This is my 68 Firebird 400, it’s got a 455 4spd. Car left the factory Verdoro green 400 4spd gold interior, sold in Portland, OR new. When car was purchased by my grandfather in 2003 it was a primer grey rolling body and all hardware in a shoebox. It’s very far from perfect. Random hardware is holding its all together and nothing is numbers matching, but that makes me not worry about it, it’s a daily driver, it sees constant use rain or shine. It was painted in 2007 and sat till 2015. In 2015 me and my father started restoring it for him. My lifelong alcoholic grandfather ran his van through the garage and took it out in 2016. Since I inherited it I got the front end assembled, interior in it and rebuilt front suspension and installed drop springs and 1 1/4 sway bar, along with countless smaller things. this Firebird means a lot to me, I’m glad it’s a car again. I believe it’s a somewhat early production 68, it uses 67 style rear door panels with metal at the top. Thanks for looking
