Difference between custom and deluxe wheel covers?

I realize everyone hates the poverty caps but I'm restoring my 69 back to original (as humanly possible) and was wondering what is the appearance difference between the custom and deluxe covers?

By the way, I do have a set of Rally II's when I want to change the look up a bit. So all is not lost. wink
