I am compiling a list of as many '67s as I can get info for. So far I have 3 of the 3H cars. All are body 22437 or 22637 on the body tag, none are 22467 or 22667. It's not enough data to come to any conclusions, but it hints that H may be for an option that was standard with the custom package but not with the standard model. It could be the entire "Decor" group, which is group 3, which consisted of pedal trims, Deluxe wheel discs, and Deluxe steering wheel and would have been included on a custom trim car. It could be stripes. It could be a lot of things.

I have sheets on a couple of Sprints, and 3H is not on their tags. I have sheets on a couple of HOs, and it's not on their tags. It's not on cars known to have a nodular rear. I don't have enough info to see if there is a correlation to factory hood tach. If anyone has a 3H car, please join in this thread or PM me.
