Vikki, I have been looking into something else that might be connected to the 3H , I have found that 4 different steering wheels could be on 67 birds . I can't seem to figure out witch one came with what package. I have pics of all 4 wheels in the cars they came with. The basic one came with a center metal horn button, with Pontiac arrowhead and energy absorbing on it , the next is the standard wheel with green clear center and horn buttons on the arms, then the clear top wheel with green center, and last the wood wheel. So the 3H could have something to do with steering wheel option??? Any way do you have any other info on when the clear top wheel was used. My 67 400 conv (67-22667) has the green clear center no clear top and a 67 -326 conv (67-22467) that I have the tag for(parted out) has the basic wheel all metal horn button. I could email you the pics if you want. (neither car has the 3H on the tag)
