I went Baer all the way around... and yes, definately front first.. rear is almost optional..
I talked to Dutch @ Baer, fitted me with a sport system for $2000. Cross-drilled, slotted, zinc washed, dual piston calipers. Thought it was a better deal than Stainless Steel Brake Systems.
