Afaik, ACC is the carpet to have. I installed mine a week or so ago and found it to be of excellent quality. There is a heel pad as well as the hole and grommet for the headlight switch. Knowing what I know now, I would aim for this hole to be correct first then cut to fit from there. Otherwise, I didn't have much trouble with it.
