Clips first then windshield. It would be slightly easier if you put the pilar moldings on first. I installed my NOS pilars after the glass was in and it's a little tricky putting in the small screws. Your car looks great! Put some duct tape on the top edge of your fenders so the pilar moldings do not scratch the pretty paint job when you install them.
