Q1) I am repairing all rust on my 1968 Bird and the panel on top of the dash needs patchwork or replacing. I am concerned that replacing that will cause a buyer to question the originality of the car since I will have to re-rivet the vin to the panel I replace, something I want to avoid due to my documentation. Any suggestions? Q2) My car came with a standard black interior, and the seats which appear original and are in need of a recover have a white trim at the edge of the interior striped material(the lines of the pattern of the standard seatcovers). It goes around both covers of each seat (seat back and bottom cushion). Is this standard for my car? The pattern of the front and rear are otherwise correct for the year. Q3) My car came with the custom seat belts with front shoulder belts, yet there are no holes in the factory headliner for this. Is this normal? Q4) Grab bar and glove box emblem are just for custom interior, correct? Is A/C a factor in this? Q5) Do all 1968's have 1967 dated tail lights? Q6) Wood grain console and center dash panel can be in a 4spd w/console Standard interior car, correct? Q7) All the fan shrouds are too short to cover the fan, is this correct? Thanks for the help
