Here is one place that I read about someone putting the emissions sticker (I called it tune-up specs in my earlier post) on the filler, although mine was/is on the fan shroud. http://firstgenfirebird.org/firebird/FAQ/engine/decals.html
When I put on a new shroud I put a new sticker on it where the old one was.
