Thanks to sixstarved, I now am able to figure out my RPM and MPH ratios. I've been looking at a "Richmond" brand six speed overdrive manual transmission as the possible replacement for the TH350 presently in my 69 Bird. The one I am looking at has a fantastic overdrive gear of 0.62 and a 3.01 first gear. I was hoping to find something with a slightly "beefier" first gear though. Does anyone have any suggestions on other quality makes of transmissions I might look into. Thanks. John
