I'll second that. When I did it, I had used rustoleum BROWN primer and like to have NEVER got it covered well. You can also imagine MY dissapointment when I found out the hard way just how water soluble it is...Bjorn, where were you in '89 when I needed that information?
BTW, it has been on there ever since then.
