You will need a manual trans flywheel, (unless the clutch in the trunk is brand new, I recommend replacing it) clutch/pressure plate/throwout bearing/pilot bearing/bushing, bellhousing, clutch fork and boot, Z-bar (maybe Z-bar and Z-bar stud are still in the car), return spring and correct trans mount crossmember. Sounds like you have everything else.
