That's sweet! Where did you find it? Was that the one in Marysville on Craigs list? Seems to mee like that sounds familiar (ad wise?) Congrats... that's great! Just let the wife know it's an investment for retirement. (don't mention to here that you'll never sell it though!) But it IS... a good investment!
