Well, personally, I'd be hard pressed to pick only one favorite. And Kris, you are quite lucky... you live in WA, which has a very high number of Microbreweries, and Brew Pubs, but you are also right next to Portland whish has one of the highest number of Microbreweries, and Brew Pubs in the entire country. (Colorado is said to have the most in a state with 55? But Portland has 72! Just in Portland! While WA is no sloutch with over 95 brewing establishments in all listed!)
So you see, this is what we do with all the rain we get... we collect it and make beer with it! Lol... So any time any of you come up the Great North Wet, we'll treat you to a WIDE variety of any style beer your heart desires!
All I have to say... is, It's ALL good! But as far as brews, my favorites are from the West. Red Hook, Siera Nevada, Widmere, Pyramid, Thomas Kemper... and the list goes on and on more than I do!
