Vincel Pontiac of St. Louis as far as I know. I could be wrong, since I didn't research it, but signs point that way It was manufactured in spring of 68 at the Ohio plant. I don't know the purchase date.
I wanted to keep the Vincel tag riveted to the rear panel, but it got lost/tossed when painted. I believe I am the 3rd owner.
