Took my 69 bird out last night ,the last time i drove a 69 firebird was 18yrs ago. just got this one 3 months ago,did some minor repairs had it saftey checked to meet highway regulations,had it appraised,got insurance & plates yesterday.when wife got home from work she asked if we were going out i said ya but were taking the bird,it was just like the old days. we had to pick our daughter from a friends house, we got there she was waiting outside,i pulled right up beside her and her friend, her friend said your parents are here ,my daughter said they are not thats not my car.she didn;t know it was licensed yet. the car ran good rattles a lot more than the new cars,i don;t have a stero in it yet so you hear everything .all in all a good night.
