Does the metal fuel line that goes across the crossmember to the fuel pump on a 68 400 car run in front of the crossmember or behind it? My guess is that it runs in front (there is a clip there that I believe holds it to the crossmember), yet if it is in front, how does it get from the metal line on the frame rail to the metal crossmember line? I am thinking that I have to use a rubber hose to connect the two, and I am wondering, does it go over the control arm, under it, or next to it (scary, too close to the header)?
