I bought the front and rear kit from mattsclassicbowties.com, who is actually a distributor for classicperform.com. I did a test fit of the front assembly on my 14 x 7 Rally II's and it fit just fine. Make sure that your Rally's were made for disc brakes because there is a difference in their construction.
