Hotchkis springs are the way to go. Or you can visit David Pozzi's website and do some research on coil springs. You can buy a stock replacement (for a different car) cut 2 coils off and you have the same spring you'd get from Hotchkis.
As for disc brakes, it depends....what size wheels are you planning to run? If you are going to run atleast 16 inch wheels you can do the LS1 front disc conversion.
