Thomas, I think that you would be better off with following documented sources of the correct names of the colors by whichever paint manafacturer. All the repro houses sell what is claimed to be the correct colors.

With the picture, I don't think that you can translate the color of the picture into something that will match. As you said, color values will be different in each picture because of light and other factors.
