I have a 1970 YH 455 2 bolt main block which I just had $300 worth of work done on. It was already at .030 over and is ready to be taken to .040 over or whatever higher. The machine shop boiled the block, sleeved one cylinder which had been poorly sleeved (the other 7 cylinders are fine) and ground the crank to .020 over M/.030 over R (It had thrown a crank bearing). They also checked for cracks and gave the block a thumbs up. I have the oilpan and harmonic balancer, also. There's a local guy looking for a 455 and I am toying with the idea of offering it up.
I also have the #15 87cc heads and a set of 5C 98cc heads, both just removed from their respective engines and unassembled.
What should I ask for the block/crank/parts, and what should I ask for the heads if I decide to sell them? I don't want to sell it at all unless I can get some decent $ out of them.
