It'll come out with quite a few swings of a big rubber hammer. If I remember correctly, I start by hammering the drivers side forward toward the front, then cross over and hammer the passenger side to the rear. It slowly but surely wedges itself out. Keep an eye on brake lines and other stuff so you don't damage by accident.
