ok, so i decided to stay with the mono-leaf and not do the multi-leaf conversion. ( see how do you get rid of mono) i ordered a pair of springs from eaton spring and they installed w/ no problem EXCEPT the car sets up like its a freakin 4-WHEEL DRIVE I had to add shock extenders to get the shocks to bolt back up to the rear end.
I called eaton and they said " oh just drive it around for about a hundred miles or so, it will set-in later".
ARE THEY FOR REAL? has anyone else replaced their springs and had to this?did it work? did they send the wrong springs? Are convertable springs rated the same and hardtop (125pounds)?
do i drive around with a 300 pound fat chick in the back seat JUST to make the car set right? AND is it true that the 300 pound chick was standard for the CAMARO?
