the "early" 69`s had the = the later + , mine is october dated 69 with = dash vent balls from factory , so when I replaced mine I kept the = style

so if your 69`s "born" date is 10D or before ,it should have =, not sure WHEN they changed over, maybe different factories/assembly plants ran out at different times? mine is a Lordstown car, convertible of course
