Rommel, do you have the PCV in the vally pan? Also the hose off the PCV should be routed to the intake manifold.
The stock air cleaner has a steel tube with a short rubber connecting hose that goes to the valve cover.
One thing to check is the hose from the PVC. When the car is running make sure the hose doesn't collapse when you give the motor some revs. Old PCV hose will pinch closed under increased vacuum.
