The 214/224 with .443/.465 lift is a generic grind produced by almost every cam company on the planet. It works quite well in most 350-360 sized engines of all makes. It can be considered a mild performance cam that has decent street manners with a bit of a lope in a Pontiac 350. One size down from that would likely be more in line with a stock rebuild.
