If your car was ever jacked up (by the bumper jack!) they will look like that! Its twisted , they all will look like that if they were ever used and not fixed again...I`d think someone could re-twist them , but I left mine that way...on a cover picture from " Texas monthly" magazine of Dennis Quaid`s 69 mayfair maize convertible ( Yes ,he`s got good taste!), that bumper also points down , so we are in good company!
