Wonder what rechrome cost in Norway? Might be cheaper in Europe than here.
I'd have to look at it the opposite of Banhsee, with 2 way shipping cost that could make a bumper rechrome $1000 (worst case) depending on who did it, when a repop might be $250 with shipping. Depends on your pain level I guess. I couldn't justify spending that much on a Bumper.
