I saw this plate on E-Bay. It looks like the 4th group is 4RQ?? Anybody ever see a R in the 4th group. VIN# 223677u143621 Nice Car!

Yah. There's some junk stuck in the repaint. It looks like there's a straight piece of foreign material right in front of the F making it look like an R.
