I see a post thats a couple of years old stating that new fenders are avaiable for 69 birds . Could a get a up to date evaluation of the quality of these products to date? thanks
I got two new front QPs from Classic, and they were great repros, thick and well cut, primered as well. I have a 68 but I bet they get their other year QPs from the same folks. Just call them to find out, they are pretty honest as far as I'm concerned. I know others have found lesser quality at other sites, so shop around a little. Prices for them (new, mind you) are pretty darn good. Always keep in mind that suppliers for all the different websites are constantly changing. The big ***** in recent years has been those QPs from the far east, it seems. Many others here on this website have far more recent experience than I.

Friend of mine bought those 69`s , they dont fit right...he`s contemplating restoring his old , hang the new ones on the wall! Heard the same from others that bought the new 69 fenders...fit is poor...takes manhandling to make fit...but they may be good as patches on old..? to keep the fit right... sorry for the bad news , but so far thats all I have heard, bad stuff..
I may have a set of good front fenders for a '69. won't know for sure for a month to see if I use them on my car.If I don't use them I'll post them on here for whoever needs them.
B&G ENTRA, keep in mind I have not tried to install my repros yet, so can't say how or if they'll fit. If you come across originals that are in good shape, like rays, buy them. You'll know that :p they aren't tin and that they'll fit.

Greetings Yeah thanks for the info. on the fenders . Just to put the knife in and break it off I just returned from N.P.D, florida store and they didn't have any 69 fenders in stock. I wonder if their out of stock, or just saving themselves a return problem? :p
I just installed a set of repro fenders on my 69 firebird. It was tough but we got them to fit. Took alot of pulling and tugging...but try to hard...you can bend them out of shape. Keith
