I'm sure this topic has been kicked around a bunch, not sure why I can't come up with an answer by searching old posts.
What are the different colors of gray used for Rally 2 centers over the years? Some darker some lighter, which is correct for what? I have several 14 x6 and 14 x 7 Rallys from the 70's, some are darker gray than others. More to the point, what is a good paint to buy off the shelf that is correct for '69? Thanks DJ

The silver match that you can get off the shelf is Dupli-Color T229 Silver. I went to a paint shop for the charcoal, and supplied the factory paint color #. DDL32947 Charcoal Gray is the PPG equivalent I was given. This is a dark color and I haven't decided if I'm going to use it.
I have a pic of a T/A with the factory wheels. It's has the lighter charcoal colored centers. Many say this is the correct color. Both sets of rallys I have were repainted at some point. Both sets have the darker charcoal centers.
