It was a nice vacation, thanks. Very relaxing and fun too since we took the 67 with us this time. We spent some time near the Mackinaw Bridge area and attended the St. Ignace car show there. The weather couldn't have been better. Have a great time dining at "Bistro Province". Sounds fancy!

Cool, I didn't want to tell ya to go... well you get the idea.
I forgot, it's Bastille Day! What a great day to have a birthday on. Happy b-day to France as well.
I missed the first moon walk (7/20) by a day. But Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins did archive lunar orbit on 7/19/69.

my 21st I was out early, de Gaulle held a speech for me, air force flew over....lunch at Versaille.....then in the evening had dinner in Montmartre behind Sacre Ceure, and what nice FireWorks...all just for me! LOL
So Medicare and retirement........ I guess your only twice my age, unless your talking about early retirement! You still feel young though, right? Happy B-day!
Bjorn, My wife wanted me to take her some place expensive on her birthday so she got dressed up and I took her to the gas station, I think she meant like the place you went. Happy Birthday
Happy birthday, Bjorn. Let us know what it's like to go to a restaurant where they don't have pictures on the menu and they'll serve you a drink without a lid!

John, yes, I gave much advise to Mr Daimler and Mr Benz, fortunately they didn’t listen...lol
Lee, well, before there was dirt , there was only cr#p...not a pretty sight! Us old folks made that cr#p into dirt, for your benefit! lol
Harry , FL67, 68 Firebird 400, Wouter and Kerry Thanks, much appreciated!
Gary, You should have sent her down here, she would probably have enjoyed my company better...lol
Mark, no pictures on this menu...nice, small, cozy place, filled to capacity, two musicians that played guitar and violin , old French Music mostly, some other stuff too, like “greensleeves”, and no lid on the wine glasses! And the Red,White and Blue banners everywhere, almost American!
and Tom (Banshee) thanks man , great 'old' song....but of course in my mind that’s that “new” band , the Beatles! lol
Sorry I missed you yesterday. I was knitting a sweater since I got the A/c working in the 244. BTW you Swedes' don't need much for air conditioning do you. (It's a VERY light sweater) HBD!
nah , re A/C in Volvos...my dad tried to convince them back home for years we needed a/c in US cars....we were installing York units...the factory said "nobody needs a/c in a car"....eventually they visited here and we got a/c`s...lol
