Wipers work on both speeds. It wont spray the fluid. New hose and drop hose in plastic tank. I changed the pump head (white part where the hoses connect) but not the whole unit. Without having to change out the whole pump or switch on the dash, what can i look for?? thanks.
I have a good used switch. They weren't reproduced a few years ago and I bought one when I had misdiagnosed a bad wiper motor. So I wound up with two good switches.
Anco makes rebuild kits for the pump itself. My '69 needed one when I bought it. If you hear it running but it doesn't spray, check that the tubing is clear and if so, rebuild or replace the pump.

I had my pump off the other day to see if an extra I have would work for replacement and there's a plastic gear on the back side(firewall) that spins and drives the washer pump. The motor I had was the wrong depth for the gear to work the plunger. When you hit the switch it spins that gear I suppose. Are you sure the one on your car is the right one? Just a thought.
