I guess I should ahve been more clear. They are NOT original for a '76 T/A. Those would be 15". 16" are available from aftermarket sources, and as long as the backspacing is something like 4-1/2" to 4-3/4" then they should fit fine on your '69. Provided, of course, that you are not trying to stuff 16 x 10 wheels into your wheel wells.
If you are trying to keep the original look to the car, stick with the 14x7 or 15x7 wheels.
All OEM Pontiac Rally II wheels look alike. They just come in different sizes - but all are 14 or 15 inch.
The new billet 16 and 17 inch wheels from Wheel Vintiques are so new that I would have serious doubts somebody has had a chance to buy some, mount them on a car, and then sell them used.
Sounds like OEM 15 inch Rally II's and the seller is confused.
