Maybe if we circulate this , American citizens will find the backbone to start speaking and voicing the same truths

i like that. our country at one time had back bone and convection that stood up to right and wrong. until the PC crap of today has been accepted .we are afraid of offending someone and everyone. now were at point of accepting anything without question . what next lawlessness ? my hat is off to their president, just wish we had one like that.

We need that guy or at least that kind of thinking here. Hell if we just got rid of all the ILLEGALS here we would be a LOT better off.

"Melting pot" means assimilate into the common culture. Not isolate yourself and retain your homeland's culture.

What gets me is that people who are generations removed from their ancestral roots suddenly decide to "become" the heritage that their ancestors left behind, whether willingly or unwillingly. If you like that culture, go join it...in the ancestral homeland.

My ancestors emigrated and began a life here with nothing. They wanted to be, and became, Americans. That is why they came here. Although they kept in touch with relatives in the homeland, they never desired to move back nor pushed aside our culture in favor of their own native culture. Their children were proudly taught English and were expected to use it.
