the only adjustable coilovers i know of do both, and need kits to make them fit. they are more for racing applications. i think i have seen them in mags such as summit. i doubt they'd be much better than airshocks in your case.
the gabriels may be your best bet. gabriel products i have used i have been happy with.... although there are other, maybe better, ways to raise it. if you dont want to re-arch, i hear the 2nd gen front bracket drops the eye down a bit, raising the rear end, and a slightly taller rear shackle shouldn't be too noticeable, and wouldn't make the ride more harsh.
