I am looking to buy an 8 track for my 67 bird and was wondering if the camaro one is the same .There is not many Firebird ones for sale but a few Camaro ones on Ebay .Does anyone have a good picture of a Firebird one that I can compare . The only difference that I can see is the door on the camaro one has a Chevy emblem . Any help would be great Thanks
I think it may be in the option pictures of the GMs brochure...I think Vikki may have those on her site...not sure, you can check it out.. http://thefirstgensite.com/ but I would think its the same unit...
I think a couple of members here have them. They have been discussed, but I can't remember who. Maybe somebody will chime in.

I have a highly optioned 67 with factory eight-track, it was bolted on top of the console, forward of the shifter, where we sometimes see the clock. I have no picture and the car is currently apart, under restoration. Frank.
