I am in the process of restoring a 67 convertible and have yet to find a cocktail shaker. I seen them talked about many times on the site and am wondering if they came out in 67 or 68?
They were standard at all 4 corners for '67, '68, and '69.
Gus (up there in wintry Canada) has some for sale right now.
But all three years are different, so make sure you get the right ones!

Judging by the response so far I take it that the car I have has had them removed...they were standard in all convertibles. Does anyone have some pics of where they are supposed to be mounted?
Cocktail shakers were used on 67-69 Camaro, Firebird and Corvair convertibles. There are 4 part number due to the brackets for each corner being different. Otherwise they are the same. This was determined through searching factory manuals from a closed dealership parts dept. All 4 were missing from my 67 when I bought it. I had no trouble locating some on E-bay at prices from $125 to $250 EACH! Then a listing came up showing them fitting "early GM". I got the whole set for $80 plus shipping. Good luck!!!
