Has all the correct "400 Sport" pieces. An engine compartment shot would be interesting to confirm wither it was actually originally built for CA and sold there (smog pump, unique air cleaner) as the personlized plate has eliminated the ability to know if it was a "black plate" car.

OK, went over the photos. Aftermarket air cleaner and carb (square bore Holley)with no evidence of the CA only smog pump parts.
