Has this motor been rebuilt or does it need it.

I just picked up a 67 Bird Conv. and the previous owner traded the 400 motor for a 454. Not exactly sure what he was thinking. Anyway sounds like the motor you are selling might be a good fit.

That is the EUN.

Date code is one letter followed by three numbers about 3/8" tall.

As well, what is the distributor code and carb #?

What else can you tell us/me about the engine? missing brackets, pulleys, alternator? Does/did it run? Pics?

You have on Craigslist a pic of a vert shell with a 670 headed engine. Is this the shell only for $4000 and the engine you have (listed here) an additional $2000 for a total of $6000 or is the engine and shell you have in your Craigslist ad $4000? I am sorry, I guess I am confused.

You mentioned that you have another numbers matching car that needs total restoration for an additional $4000.

So, the one car in primer grey with new floor pans is $4000 and the engine to that car (shown in same ad) is original to that car?
