I'm ordering a Road Demon Jr for my car. Is there anything special I might need to order that doesn't come with it? I can't tell from the literature I can find whether I need to order any special fuel fittings or if all I'll need might be included in it.

Actually, you need to order two of them (I'll give you my address for shipping in a min! Lol..)

It should come with a standar base gasket, and generic fittings for the fule line inlet. You may need to buy some fittings and lines if you want to go hard line, or some fittings/quality clamps and fuel line if you go that route. And if you want to add some kind of spacer etc.. or if you want e better base gasket etc... just a matter of prefernce for the most part.

But as far as the basics, you should have just about everything you'll need to swap and go!

if it's a squarebore carb and you are fitting it on a stock pontiac intake you will need an adapter/spacer.

You will need a special fitting for the fuel inlet. Trust me on this. Off the top of my head I can't remember the size but I went from that fitting to a barb fitting. That's the only problem I had when I installed mine.

I put the Speed Demon 750 on our 1967 400, not sure I got the Idle mixture just right but I will tell you that was the single best improvement that car has seen yet. It is extremely responsive. If it's anything like the speed demon carbs, you will be happy with the carb once it's adjusted. The one I bought was flow tested by the factory but was still running rich at idle. It's much better now!!!
