On September 22nd there is a '73 and earlier show at the Plano Balloon Festival. There are literally thousands of spectators there for the balloon event and should be a good opportunity for a high attendance car show too. It's only a $20 registration and includes admission the the balloon deal too which is one of the largest in the country. Come on fellow vintage Pontiac owners-lets turn out in force and show people who may not know just how cool and great looking our cars are.Let me know if any of you are going and maybe we can ride out there together in impressive procession style.
SOMEBODY!!!!!! ANYBODY!!!!!! I was at the show at the Celina Balloon Festival last weekend-typical with a good 5 first gen Camaros out of 30 or so cars. Only Firebirds in attendance were a '78 TA and a '76 with a '77 front end.
Hadn't rained here in months until the day before the show and it poured for hours. Turns out that the lot flooded out and at the last minute they changed the venue. Never made there.
