Anyone know a good way to get my shifter knob up/off. It is stuck down which is not good as you can change gears too easily. I am worried it could get knocked into reverse or kicked out of park. I tried prying it on each side at the same time with tiny screw drivers but I am starting to mess up the plastic and it is all original. Is there anything from under neath I could push up on?

I meant the button on the shifter knob.
